1.How long will it take before I receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on two key factors: the delivery method you choose and the order fulfillment period. We strive to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Please find below estimated timeframes for reference:

1) Delivery Method

We have partnered with reputable logistics companies to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. The estimated timeframes provided below are general guidelines, but please note that the actual time in transit may vary based on your specific location:

About the Special Shipping with Logos or Battery, etc.

2) Order Fulfillment Period

They shall be available for shipping within three (3) business days after payment has cleared. Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late or non-delivery (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control). If any product is not released for delivery to you by within 14 calendar days from the date on which your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then either party may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, in respect of the late or non-delivery and the resulting rejection, cancellation or termination, shall be only a refund (without interest) of any payment you may already have made for such order or transaction.

2.Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to virtually all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you.

 

3.DO you ship to APO/FPO?

We ship by EMS or Hong Kong Post for APO/FPO Address. As DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT not accept shipment with the APO/FPO address.

 

4.DO you accept to ship products with Logos or Battery?

The best shipping cost provided online for ordinary goods(no brand name, no battery inside) but please note: if your order contents following products: mobiles, batteries, MP3, MP4, MP5, MP9(build-in battery), Products with brand logo(such as Samsung, Apple iPhone,Blackberry,HTC,Google,Wii, Xbox360, NDSL ect), The Shipping cost will be a little higher than normal,and only can accept by DHL.we suggest customer to ask their shipping agent to deal with customs clearance if the goods shipped with Logos.

 

5.How do you calculate delivery costs?

When you checkout of your shopping cart, shipping costs for all other items will be calculated based on the item weight and the shipping method you choose.

 

6.How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will be able to check the status of your order under My Account > Orders.

 

7.If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for this?

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. Union Repair does not add taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges. However, customs duties is the buyer’s responsibility. Not all products will incur customs duties.

8.If my order detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance?

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has left China Hong Kong, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
